重树日本消费者信心推动中日食品贸易发展

Regaining Confidence from Japanese Consumers for Growth in Bilateral Food Trade

摘要 日本是我国食品出口的重要市场,占我全年农产品及食品出口的百分之二十以上。2008年以来,由于“饺子事件”、“豆角事件”和“奶粉事件”等食品安全问题的出现,对日食品出口受到严重影响。据海关统计,2008年1-11月,我对日出口食品58.7亿美元,同比下降12%。日本在我食品出口中的份额也从1996年的41%下降到目前的16%,为历年最低。输日企业经营家数从原有的4654家下降到4011家,同比减少了13.8%。 Between Nov and Dec of 2008, CFNA's two food delegations led by President Huo Jianguo and Vice President Bian Zhenhu respectively, paid a visit to Japan for driving up the growth in Sino-Japan food trade by exchange and cooperation. It's hoped that the Chinese food-processing and food-exporting firms with good prestige and quality product can be linked up with the Japanese firms by setting up an information exchange platform for food safety, thus increasing the mutual understanding. At the same time, it will realize the information transparency of Chinese products via channel of Japanese circulation firms and spread propaganda among the Japanese consumers, so as to restore the Japanese consumers' confidence in Chinese food.
