混凝土中ASR的化学反应机理

摘要 从ASR(alkali-silica reaction,碱硅酸盐反应)的产物和ASR的化学反应过程,分析出砂浆或混凝土中活性骨料发生ASR化学反应的主要原因是骨料颗粒外部的离子入侵到颗粒内部,打开活性颗粒Si—O—Si的链接,形成分散Si离子,外界离子和Si—O-结合产生化学反应形成水化石灰石—Na—Si—复合物。该化合物吸水后产生膨胀,当压力超过混凝土的抗拉强度时混凝土即开裂。而孔溶液中存在着较高的离子浓度,和合适浓度的OH-是发生上述反应的关键。
