Fas/APO-1在泌尿系肿瘤细胞中的表达

Expression of Fas/APO1 in urinary tumor cell lines

为了探讨Ｆａｓ／ＡＰＯ１在泌尿系恶性肿瘤发生发展中的作用，采用免疫细胞化学方法对６种泌尿系肿瘤细胞，膀胱癌（Ｔ２４，ＥＪ，ＢＩＵ８７），肾癌（ＧＲＣ１，ＲＣＣ９４９），前列腺癌（ＰＣ３Ｍ）和一种原代培养正常肾间质成纤维细胞Ｆａｓ／ＡＰＯ１分子的表达进行了检测。结果显示原代培养正常肾间质成纤维细胞和Ｔ２４细胞系Ｆａｓ／ＡＰＯ１分子表达较强，ＰＣ３Ｍ属中等强度表达，ＲＣＣ９４９与ＢＩＵ８７属微弱表达，而ＥＪ及ＧＲＣ１则不表达。Ｆａｓ／ＡＰＯ１在泌尿系恶性肿瘤培养细胞中的表达强度偏低或完全不表达，可能参与了泌尿系恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。

To explore the role of Fas/APO1 in the occurrence and progression of human urinary malignant tumors, expression of Fas/APO1 was tested with immunocytochemical technique in 6 kinds of urinary tumor cell lines consisting of bladder cancer (T24, EJ, BIU87), renal cell carcinoma (GRC1,RCC949),prostatic cancer (PC3M) and a primary in vitro cultured normal renal fibroblast. The results showed that expression of Fas/APO1 was strong in T24 cell line and in primary in vitro cultured renal fibroblast, medium in PC3M cell line, weak in RCC949 and BIU87 cell lines and negative in GRC1 and EJ cell lines. Expression of Fas/APO1 in malignant urinary tumor cell lines was relatively low or negative which may be related to the occurrence and progression of urinary malignant tumors.
