摘要
应用神经网络,对基于模糊理论的海上目标威胁评估的方法进行改进。首先分析了目标的主要因素,应用模糊理论对其进行量化和归一化处理,然后采用神经网络方法进行威胁评估,提高威胁评估的准确性。
The method of maritime targets threat assessment based on fuzzy theory is improved with neural networks in this paper. At first, this paper analyzes the main factors of targets, quantifies and normalized them by fuzzy theory, then implements the threat assessment by neural networks method to improve the veracity of threat assessment.
