摘要
目的:为探明大学生体能状态。方法:采用运动心肺功能及能量消耗仪测定男、女大学生各40名对运动试验的生理反应,并用20名健康男性非大学生作对照。结果:男、女生组实测功/预计功分别为126.56%,134.94%。3组运动期VE,VO2均高于静息期5-7倍。恢复期VO2亦高于静息期,提示有运动后过量氧耗。学生组56名检出AT(占70%),低于对照组17名(85%);男生组TAT,VO2/kgAT、VO2/PAT均高于女生组(P均<0.01);男、女生组HRAT,VO2/kgAT及女生组VO2/PAT均低于对照组,提示部分大学生运动耐力差。EQO2运动期最低,提示氧耗量增加;恢复期最高,提示运动后呼吸代偿。3组BR均数均高于预计值,提示通气功能良好。结论:大学生心肺功能正常,运动潜力较大,若能加强体育锻炼,将使体能进一步提高。
Objectiue: To evaluate physical performance of medical students. Methods: Medical students(40 males, 20 females)were measured physical response to incremental exercise testing with cycle ergometer, 20 male healthy no - student subjects were observed as controls. Results: Actual work/pedicted work ratio in male and female student groups were 126. 56% and 134.94% respectively.VE and VO2 during exercise increased 5 - 7 times more than those at rest in three groups, V O2 during recovery was higher than that at rest,it is suggested that there is over oxygen consumption afer exereise .The detectable rate of AT for student group(56 subjects,70% ) was lower than that for control group(17 subjects, 85% ). TAT, VO2/kgAT. and VO2/PAT.in male student group were higher than those in female student group, HRAT Vo2/kgAT, in both student groups and VO2/PAT in female student group were lower than those in control group, it is suggted that exercise tolerance of some students was poor. The lowest EQO2 during exercise indicated an increase in VO2, the highest EQO2 during recovery suggested respiratoty compensation after exereise. The means of actual BR were over predicted value in for groups, excellent ventilation function was demonareed. Conclusions: StUdents possessed normal cardiopulmonary function and greater exercise potentiaty. If they strengthened physical training,their physical ability would be impmved further.
