成人教育大学生心理健康状况分析

Analysis of Psychological Health Status in Students Receiving Adult Education

运用SCL－90和成人EPQ量表对锦州医学院成人教育学院208名学生心理健康状况进行了测试。结果表明：总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项均分、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖及偏执因子均分都高于全国正常青年组。其中较突出的心理问题是敌对、人际关系敏感，达中等程度的（因子分≥3）占16．35％，女生多于男生。N和L量表分均值女生高于男生，P量表分男生高于女生，E量表分未见有性别上的差异。提示学生的心理健康应引起社会各界的关注。

An investigation on the psychological factors was conducted in 208 students receiving adult education at Jinzhou Medical College using SCL - 90 and EPQ(adult). It was found that the total mean score, the number and the mean scores of positive items were higher in the students tkat those of other young adults and so were the mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety hostility, phobia and paraniod ideation. Hosility, interpersonal sensitivity were tke significant symptoms, among 208 students, 16. 35 % reached a moderate degree(SCL - 90 soore > 3). The psychological obstacle was more frequent in females than in males. The means for N and L scales were higher in females than males(both P <0 .05). The mean for P scale was higher in males than in females(P <0.05), and no gender difference was found in E scale. The results suggest that more attention must be given to the psychological health of students.
