摘要
班杜拉的人的内部因素、行为和外部环境三者间相互影响、相互决定的三元交互决定论,启发了高校道德教育从环境教育、自我教育、过程教育三方面入手提升德育实效。同时,这种重视三元互动的理论,催生了一种契合接受者心理特质的教育方法论——潜性教育。
Bandura's three-dimensional interactive determinant theory involves the interactive influence and the interactive determination among human beings' three inner factors,his actions,and the outer environment.This theory sheds new light on the moral education in higher learning,which should enhance the efficiency of ethic education from three perspectives: environmental education,self education,and progressive education.Meanwhile,this theory attaches importance to three-dimensional interaction and eventually prompts imperceptible education——a theory concerning educational methods which is compatible with the learners' psychology.
