摘要
在归纳了市属高职院校辅导员队伍现状调查的基础上,通过与本科院校、省部属高职院校的比较,分析了造成市属高职院校辅导员队伍不稳定的原因,提出了高度重视思想政治工作、规范辅导员岗位设置、明确岗位职责、建立科学评价辅导员劳动价值的体系、确保辅导员待遇不明显低于同资历的专业教师、切实提高辅导员队伍素质、倡导辅导员奉献精神等一系列的建议和措施。
On the basis of an investigation into status quo of the counselors team of municipal vocational college and an analysis of the causes for the instability of the counselors team, it is proposed that great importance be attached to the ideological and political work, the setting up of the counselors work posts in the municipal college be normalized, the post duty be clearly specified, a system for scientifically evaluating the work of counselors be established, it be ensured that the treatment enjoyed by counselors is not obviously lower than that enjoyed by the professional teachers with the same background, the quality of counselors team be effectively improved, counselors ' dedication be advocated.
