摘要
影响大学生就业的主观因素主要有:就业观念、实践经验、职业生涯规划、面试技巧、就业能力、个性品质。对这些因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
The paper points out that the subjective elements influencing university students' employment mainly include employment concepts, practical experience, vocation planning, interview techniques, employment ability and personal character and then makes an analysis and puts forward countermeasures.
