长柄石杉中黄酮类物质的提取研究

Study of Extraction of Flavonoids from Huperzine Serrata

以甲醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取法研究长柄石杉中黄酮类物质的提取工艺,考察了提取温度、提取时间及溶剂浓度对提取效果的影响。经正交试验结果表明,长柄石杉中黄酮类物质的提取条件为甲醇浓度100%、提取温度80℃、提取时间8 h时提取量较高,在此条件下黄酮提取量为23.15 mg/g。

Soxhlet method with methanol as solvent was used to extract total flavonoids from Huperzia Javanica. Then extraction effect influenced by extraction temperature, time and solvent concentration was studied. Results from orthogonal experiment indicate that the.optimal condition for extracting flavonoids is as follows： 100% of methanol concentration, temperature at 80 ℃ and xtraction time 8h. Under this condition, the yield of flavonoids is to 23.15mg/g.
