摘要 对内蒙古大学艺术学院等四所地处边疆少数民族地区的省属综合性艺术学院进行比较研究,旨在探索、发现边疆少数民族地区综合性艺术院校在形成、强化办学特色方面的一些规律性因素。明确办学理念,找准目标定位是形成办学特色的前提;凝练特色学科,汇聚师资队伍是形成办学特色的基础;构建民族艺术教育体系,培养高精尖艺术人才是追求办学特色的宗旨。 The aim of the comparative study of the four art colleges including Inner Mongolia University in the border land minority areas is to find out and explore some regular elements or factors in their formation and school running features. The precondition to form the school running features is to specify the school running concept, accurately find out the target orientation; the base to form the school running features is to establish specific disciplines and gather teaching personnel; the theme to form the school running features is to construct national art teaching system and to train excellent art talents.
