摘要
国内六西格玛管理的实践大致经历了萌芽、尝试和推广三个阶段,初步形成了服务部门与制造部门齐头并进、服务部门相对超前的格局,其中,具有一定规模和管理基础的组织构成了六西格玛管理实施的主体。实施六西格玛管理的总体思路为:六西格玛管理的实施目标是创建六西格玛组织,创建六西格玛组织的必要条件是建设六西格玛文化,六西格玛文化建设的途径是六西格玛管理知识的传播、项目活动的开展和激励体系的建设,组织所拥有的管理基础与资源条件则构成了实施六西格玛管理的制约因素。
The domestic Six Sigma Management has gone through three stages:the embryo,trial and spread stages.The service department and the manufacturing department have advanced hand in hand,with the former more adanced.The Six Sigma Management consists of organizations with a considerate scale and management foundation.To popularize Six Sigma Management in China,the paper suggests a general way to implement Six Sigma Management,in which the goal of such management is to establish Six Sigma organizations that depends on Six Sigma culture.The construction of Six Sigma culture needs spreading knowledge of Six Sigma Management,carrying out Six Sigma projects and establishing incentive mechanism.The restricting factors to implement to Management are the management foundation and resources of the organizations.
