建设和谐的多校区校园文化,有为创建和谐社会培育精神文化生活典型和全面和谐人才的作用,但当前多校区和谐校园文化建设存在着各校区文化差异加大、各小组织文化相互冲突、大学整体文化特征减弱等问题。为此,要通过创新制度、提高物质文化品位和提炼并内化校园精神等途径,并借人本管理、文化整合和渗透等方法,以实现多校区校园文化的和谐统一。

The construction of a harmonious multi-campus spiritually typical and all-round talents for the build-up of university culture contributes to the cultivation of harmonious society. However, the cultural differ- ences between campuses are increasing, cultural conflicts between different student organizations appear and the cultural characteristics of the university as a whole are weakening. The solution to these problems lies in the realization of the harmonious union of multi-campus university culture through human-oriented management, cultural conformity and infiltration, based on system innovation, improvement in the quality of material civilization, refinement and internalization of university spirit.
