摘要
在图书馆人员的培训过程中引入"彼德原理"和"逐渐趋于保守定律"具有重要作用。要避免这两原理所指出的对图书馆人员管理中的消极因素,就需从工作转换、设置助理或代理职务,引入"能本管理"理念、激励机制和利用外部人力资源这几个方面来入手。
It is of great significance to introduce "the Peter Principle" and "the Law of Increasing Conservatism" in training librarians, but there exist some negative effects. To avoid the negative effects,it is necessary to transfere jobs, set up positions of assistant,introduce Capacity Core Management and incentive mechanism and use external human resources.
