摘要
我国图书馆缺乏竞争的管理机制导致了运作成本高、效益低的各种弊端。图书馆有必要引入市场竞争机制,借鉴实施企业品牌战略实现资源的优化配置,提高服务效益,推动图书馆事业快速向前发展,在新的信息服务市场格局中重新获得主导地位。
The management of China's libraries lack competitive mechanism. As a result there have existed many problems:such as high cost of operation and inefficiency, etc.. Therefore, libraries in China must introduce market competitive mechanism,carry out brand development strutegy and optimize resource distribution so as to improve service,speed up development and establish a dominant position in information service.
