企业间合作研发知识共享的困境与对策 被引量:1

摘要 合作研发的过程就是一个合作知识创新的过程,知识共享是企业合作研发成功的关键。然而,知识共享过程的困境妨碍了合作企业间知识共享的顺利进行。文章借助经济学的相关理论对合作研发企业间知识共享的困境进行分析,寻求解决困境的对策,以促进合作研发企业间的知识共享。
