摘要
本文指出煤矿在用的上运带式输送机存在无防逆转装置的现象，通过典型的改造事例进行分析，提出了在减速器低速轴端加速防逆转装置的可行性方案，从而有效地防止在起车松闸、制动失效，以及减速器齿轮失效情况下的事故发生。
The paper introduces current studying status of anti - reverse instrument for belt conveyor drawn rope, analyses main causes of conveyor reverse accident, puts forward a feasible plan of speeding up anti by steel - reverse instrument at low speed axis of the reducer. So such accidents as braking failure and reducer gear failure can be effectively prevented.
