摘要
介绍一种用于自由曲面形状测量非接触激光测头,主要针对其测量原理及信号调理电路进行了论证及分析。在理论和实践研究工作的基础上,通过分析论证,提出了半光斑成像式跟踪原理,研制了一种新型光学非接触跟踪测头。运用半光斑成像的光学原理获得跟踪信号,跟踪信号由高精度两象限光电二极管进行拾取,然后采用专门的差动电路进行信号调理,并且采取闭环控制调节激光光强而适应不同表面的测量。
This article introduces a kind of non - contact laser detector that uses in the free surface shape surveying, demonstrates and analyzes the main principle of its measurement and the signal condition electric circuit. Based on the formerly theory and practice, a principle of half - light - spot imaging tracking is presented, and a new type of optical non -contact tracking detector is developed. Many such principles are involved as precision machine, optics, electronics technology and auto - control, etc. Tracking signal is obtained by using the principle. This signal is acquired by high precision dual -element photodiode, and then conditioned by special differential circuit. Closed loop control is employed to adjust the intensity of laser in order to measure the different surface automatically.
