摘要
价值规律是市场经济的基本规律。当前房地产市场价格严重偏离价值是由于诸如供求关系、弹性、信息不对称等方面的原因;针对这些原因,必须采取切实可行的措施,以培育合理的房地产市场价格机制。
The law of value is the market economy basic rule. The current real estate market price serious deviation value is because of such as aspects of supply - demand relation, elasticity, no information symmetry and so on; In view of these reasons, we must take the practical and feasible measure, to cultivate the reasonable real estate market price mechanism.
