基于实习、论文与就业“三位一体”培育模式的构建

现代教育的一大发展趋势,就是从重视知识传授到重视学生能力的培养,再到注重学生素质提高基础上的全面而科学地发展。本文在分析我国高等教育现状基础上,探讨了我国高等院校实施学生素质培育的重要性,在此基础上提出了社会实践是大众化高等教育态势下学生素质培育的核心渠道,高等院校应基于理论与实践同步视角来培育学生的素质,并构建了实习、论文与就业"三位一体"的素质培育模式,本研究对于我国实施高等教育的可持续发展战略和"科教兴国"战略,具有非常重要的理论与现实意义。

The present trend in modern education is to shift from knowledge-oriented teaching to competence-focused cultivating, to improve students＇ quality and finally to their overall and scientific development. Based on an analysis of the present situation of higher education in our country, this paper holds that social practice constitutes the core channel through which theory can be applied to practice to cultivate students＇ quality and that the cultivating mode combined by practice, thesis and employment will contribute greatly to implementing the strategy of ＂rejuvenation through science and education＂ in China.
