摘要
面对高等教育从精英教育转向大众化教育的新形势,面对大学生群体以独生子女为主体的80一代构成的新情况,为更好地完成建设人力资源强国,培养更多高素质人才的目标,有必要重新思考辅导员的队伍建设。本文尝试基于团队缋效思想,加强并改进辅导员队伍建设,建立适应新形势下的辅导员工作团队,激发团队成员的工作热情、能力和创新精神,追求团队的高绩效,使辅导员工作更具有针对性和实效性,不断开创高校学生工作的崭新局面。
Against the backdrop of the new shift in higher education from elites to the general public as well as college students mainly comprising the sole child of the family born after the 80's last century, it is a must to reflect on the building of college instructors in order to better train young people. This paper attempts to strengthen the building of instructor staff based on team performance efficiency through promoting their enthusiasm, creativity and competence so that their work can be more target-oriented and efficient.
