摘要
作为大学教育改革的方向和目标,学习者自主已引起人们广泛的关注,但学习者自主的发展却离不开教师的帮助,教师的自主是实现学习者自主的前提。本文探讨教师在教学理念和目标、教学能力、自身专业知识发展等方面的自主发展并提出在自主性教学模式下实现教师自主的途径及必要性。
As the focus of College English reform, learner autonomy cannot actually be separated from teacher autonomy. This paper explores the ways and necessity of teacher autonomy and points out that the promotion of teacher autonomy not only promotes their sustainable development, but improves the teaching quality.
