摘要
本文界定了新的管理理论框架下医院服务质量的内涵;归纳了医院服务质量提高面临的主要问题,比较了国内外医院服务质量评价的管理理论与方法,对我国新的医院服务质量评价体系构建的方向做了探讨。
The author defined the connotation of quality of hospital service based on the new theory of management, then summarized the main problems of improving quality of hospital service. Base on the comparison of theory and methods of management between domestic and abroad, the author discussed the direction of new hospital service evaluation system construction.
