摘要
本文通过对2000—2008年本院国家自然科学基金项目申报及中标情况的统计,分析本院在基金申报过程中所存在的问题,总结在基金申报管理方面的心得体会并提出做好申报管理工作的思考,以加强基金申报的组织管理,提高中标率,最终为提高本院的整体科研水平,营造良好的科研氛围提供依据。
The author analyzed the problems during the declaring of NSFC in a hospital from 1999 to 2008. Based on the analysis, the author put forward some measures to reinforce the organizing management of scientific funds deelating, so as to raise the successful rate to enhance the overall level of scientific research of hospital.
