摘要
临床教学管理工作是综合性医院管理工作的重要组成部分。本院作为一所基层军队综合性医院,在临床教学管理上狠下功夫,从教学管理机构的组织、教学制度的规范、教师资格的选拔、奖惩机制的设立等方面进行了初步探索,在管理实践中取得了良好效果。
The clinical teaching management work is an important component of comprehensive hospital. The author made an introduce of the clinical teaching management in a primary military comprehensive hospital from the following aspects： organizing of the teaching management institution, normalization of the teaching system, qualifications selection of the teachers, establishment of the rewards and punishment mechanism.
