霍香大黄等中药对胃泌素分泌的影响

The experimental study for some chinese herbs with CCB activity on gastrin secretion

目的研究霍香、大黄等6种中药对胃泌素分泌的影响。方法按胃泌素放免测定步骤检测血浆胃泌素水平。结果6种中药与维拉帕米相似，具有明显抑制胃泌素分泌的作用（p＜0．05或p＜0.01），其中霍香、大黄作用尤为显著。结论霍香、大黄等中药在治疗消化性溃疡方面具有潜在的意义。

Objective It was investigated that the effect of some chinese herbs with calcium channel blocker(CCB) activity on gastrin secretion in anesthetized rats. Methods We tested the plasm gastrin level by RIA.Results It vas showed tha1. like 1erapantil, one of CCB drugs, these herbs decreated the ga5irin secretionSignificantly (p< 0. 05 or p < 0. 01 ). Conclusion.: The study will be useful for exploring the effect of the herbson peptic ulcer.
