机械通气时环境温度对呼吸道湿化的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨机械通气时环境温度对于主动型湿化器湿化效能及气道湿化效果的影响。方法根据湿化器类型(MR410、MR730)、环境温度的高低(26℃~28℃、18℃~20℃)将应用呼吸机治疗的患者分为四组,比较各组间湿化器输入端温度、输出端温度和湿度、吸入端温度和湿度,并比较各组患者气道分泌物的性状。结果应用MR410型湿化器时,环境温度低可导致吸入气体的绝对湿度下降,并导致患者的气道分泌物相对黏稠;应用MR730型湿化器时,环境温度高可导致吸入气体绝对湿度和相对湿度下降,导致患者气道分泌物黏稠。结论机械通气时,环境温度的高低分别对两种主动型湿化器的湿化效能产生不同的影响,并对呼吸道湿化效果产生不同影响。 Objective To discuss on the impact of ambient temperature on active humidifier's performance and airway humidification. Methods The patients with ventilator were divided into four groups according to the type of the heated humidifier (MR410, MR730) and ambient temperature(26 ℃ - 28 ℃, 18 ℃ - 20 ℃ ), then the temperature of the inlet chamber, the temperature and humidity of the outlet chamber and the aspiratory chamber and the airway secretions characteristics of each group were compared. Results With MR410, lower ambient temperature could decrease the absolute humidity of the inspired gas, which made the patients' airway secretions thick. With MR730, higher ambient temperature could decrease the absolute humidity and relative humidity of the inspired gas, which made the patient's airway secretions relatively thick. Conclusion During mechanical ventilation, the ambient temperature have different impacts on the two active humidifier's performancem and on curative effect of the airway humidification.
