带光源枪式套扎器治疗内痔314例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Pistol-like with Light Source Ligator in the Treatment of 314 Cases with Internal Hemorrhoids

观察带光源枪式套扎器治疗内痔的临床疗效。治疗内痔314例，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔168例，Ⅲ期内痔89例，混合痔57例，环状混合痔5例。结果显示，314例套扎后81例有轻度肛门不适感，19例患者有便意感，22例出现不同程度的肛门坠胀，一般在2～3d后症状自行消失；3例混合痔因扎及部分肛管皮肤出现肛门剧烈疼痛，其中2例肛门镜直视下去除胶圈后再重新套扎，1例经对症治疗，症状得到有效控制。314例全部达到临床治愈标准，无出血等严重并发症发生。结果表明，带光源枪式套扎器操作简便，容易掌握，套扎治疗内痔可靠、安全，临床疗效满意。

The aim of this study was to observe the curative effects of pistol-like with light source ligator on internal hemorrhoids. The 314 patients were subjected to the treatment with the equipment, in which 168 cases with Ⅰ, Ⅱ stage internal hemorrhoids,89 cases with Ⅲ stage internal hemorrhoids,52 cases with mixed hemorrhoids,5 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. As results, among the 314 cases 81 had mild discomfort feeling of anus, 19 had defecation awareness, 22 had anal tenesmus at different extents, generally the symptoms disappeared automaticly after 2 3 days;due to ligate the partial anus skin of 3 cases with mixed hemorrhoids had severe pain,in 2 of the 3 cases under ano-endoscope direct vision rubber ring was removed and again set, in rest one the symptoms were effectively controlled through symptomatic therapy. Totally,the 314 cases were all acheived clinical curative standard,had no severe complication such as hemorrhage. The results show that the equipment has such advantages as simple manipulation, easily be mastered and feasible, safe, and having satisfactory clinical effects in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.
