The Main Practice of Foreign Communist Parties in Guarantee Party Member’s Rights and their Basic Experiences

国外各国共产党在保障党员权利方面进行着各具特色的探索和尝试。各国共产党纷纷采取措施切实保障党员选举权的充分实现,全力维护党员的政策讨论权,着力保障党员决定党内事务的权利,充分发挥党员监督权的作用等。这些积极的探索为我们尊重党员主体地位、保障党员民主权利提供了重要参考和借鉴。

The communist parties in foreign countries have tried different ways in guaranteeing the rights of the party members. Ways have been taken to guarantee party members’ voting right, their right in discussing policies and deciding intraparty affairs, the supervising rights and others. All of these have provided us important reference in respecting party members’ position as the subjects and guarantee their democratic rights.
