摘要
在高含硫油气田钻井作业中,剪切闸板与H2S接触可能发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂导致剪切闸板失效,不能快速剪断钻杆,将导致恶性事故发生。为避免这一现象,提出了采用磨料射流切割替代剪切闸板切割钻杆、钻铤的设想,通过分析磨料射流切割的机理及特点,得出此设想在理论上具备可行性的结论。只要选取适合的参数,将切割时间控制在闸板防喷器规定的关闭时间内,磨料射流切割就可以替代剪切闸板。
In drilling process of high sulphur content oil gas field,cutter ram was apt to fail,which was exposed in hydrogen sulfide,and it was possible to be corroded and cracked under sulphide stress,causing drill pipe not to be cut quickly and a serious accident developed finally.To avoid the occurrence of this phenomenon,a new proposal of using water jet cutting technology in place of cutter ram cut drill pipe and drill collar was developed.By analyzing the mechanism and the property of abrasive water jet cutting,the feasibility of abrasive water jet cutting technology in place of cutter ram cut drill pipe and drill collar were obtained theoretically.Only the appropriate parameters was selected and cutting time was controlled within the set closing time,abrasive water jet cutting technology could replace cutter ram.
