摘要
为更好地解释热采井套管的损坏,对油田热采井套管选型做出指导,建立了热采井套管累积残余应力的计算模型。对克拉玛依油田百重7井区水平井的套管进行分析计算,得出了热采井套管残余应力计算的新方法和套管拉伸损坏的更好解释。
In order to better explain the thermal recovery wells casing damage and to guide to a selection of the thermal recovery wells oilfield casing,the cumulative residual stress model of a thermal recovery wells casing was established.Based on the mechanism of residual stress,through the establishment of the theoretical calculation of residual stress model,after analysis and calculation,and the field application in the Karamay Oilfield 100-7 regional,the thermal recovery wells to the residual stress in the casing of the new calculation method and casing damage tensile better explanation was well attained.
