摘要
静水压爆破试验是对弯管承载能力的设计验证,以φ406.4 mm×9.5 mm X60钢级弯管为例,介绍了静水压爆破试验的原理、目的和试样的制备及检验过程,并对封头、焊条的选取进行了详细计算。该试验的成功为各种规格弯管静水压爆破试验提供了理论依据和经验。
Hydrostatic burst test is the design verification testing of carrying capability on steel bended pipe.Based on the example of 406.4 mm×9.5 m X60 steel bended pipes,the experimental principles of steel bend hydrostatic exploded test,purposes,methods of calculation,preparation of sample,process test,and detail calculation about ellipse head and welding rod were introduced.Success of test provided a basis for all kinds of bends hydrostatic burst test.
