摘要
针对常规封堵工艺作业时间长的问题,研究开发了适合滩海大斜度井快速封层工艺,并研制了与其配套的封层用桥塞。现场试验表明,设计的大斜度井封层工艺管柱与常规封层工艺相比,达到了缩短试油周期的目的,研制的大斜度井封层用桥塞结构合理,坐封、解封可靠,能够满足大斜度井快速封层的要求。
Rapid plugging technology of highly inclined wells in shelf sea was developed to solve the problem of longer operation period of conventional plugging technology.The bridge for plugging was also developed.Field trials showed the production test period was shortened with the plugging string designed for highly inclined wells,contrasted to conventional plugging technology.The plugging bridge could be set and released reliably and its structure was rational.Thereby,rapid plugging in highly inclined wells could be fulfilled.
