摘要
成功的代际传承依赖于家族企业对下一代的培养意愿和方式。本文通过对37家温州企业的访谈和问卷调查,得出两个方面的主要结论:(1)企业家对下一代的培养意愿是一个理性的决策过程,受企业规模、接班人意愿、经理人风险的影响比较大,而与让位意愿没有显著关系。这间接说明培养和让位是两个相分离的活动;(2)在任企业家的个性、文化程度、继任者的领导能力与家庭子女数量对培养方式产生了较为明显的影响。
Successful succession in family business depends on the willingness and modes to nurture the successors to a large degree. Two main conclusions are derived through the investigation and survey of 37 family businesses. Firstly, the willingness to nurture the successors is rational decision, which having no significant relationship with the willingness to retreat but firm size, willingness to succeed, the risk related to hire professional managers. This implies nurturing and retreating seperate processes. Secondly, the eharacter, education degree and the children number of the entrepreneur and the leadership of successors have significant impacts upon the modes of nurturing.
