The Research on Farmers Purchasing Alliances Modes

本文提出用农户采购联盟模式来降低农户成本、增加收入,并对契约形式、企业法人形式和非企业社团法人形式的3种农户采购联盟进行了比较分析,对农户采购联盟这一新型合作组织从资源整合模式、业务处理模式及组织运行模式3个方面进行了研究,用经济学方法分析了农户采购联盟的成本效益,提出要大力发展非企业社团法人形式的农户采购联盟。

Three dimensional rural issues has been an important issue in the development of China＇s economic. How to increase peasants＇ income and realize the industrialization of the agriculture is the key and difficulty issues in current research. This paper proposes a solution which is the Farmers Purchasing Alliances by using Enterprises Purchasing Alliances as reference in order to decrease the cost and increase the income of the farmers. The paper does a comparative analysis among the three modes of the Farmers Purchasing Alliances which are the Contractual Alliance, Corporation Mode and Non-governmental Organization Mode and studies resources integration mode, business processing mode and organizational operating mode under Farmers Purchasing Alliances. Further, the paper uses the Economic method to analysis the cost-effectiveness of the Farmers Purchasing ＂Alliances and promotes the Non-governmental Organization Mode as the long-last aim of the Farmers Purchasing Alliance.
