本文是2008年11月1日～2日在长沙召开的第三届(2008)中国管理学年会的观点综述。文章围绕构建有中国特色的管理理论体系展开,主要介绍了这届年会主题报告和部分论文的学术观点。

This paper summarized partial viewpoints proposed in the third Chinese Academy of Management Annual Meeting which was held November 1-2, 2008, in Changsha. It focused on how to construct Chinese-style management theory system and introduced some reports and papers.
