抗风湿类中成药中添加糖皮质激素的检测

Determination of Hormone Illegally Added in the Antirheumatism Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:建立检测抗风湿类中成药中可能添加5种糖皮质激素的定性、定量方法。方法:随机抽查市场上销售的十种抗风湿类中成药,采用TLC、HPLC法进行定性、定量分析。结果:硅胶G薄层板上,以二氯甲烷-乙醚-甲醇-水(385∶60∶15∶2)为展开剂,喷以碱性四氮唑蓝试液显色,供试品与醋酸泼尼松对照品呈相同位置与颜色斑点,Rf值为0.62。流动相:以乙腈-水为流动相,采用剃度洗脱,样品与对照品均实现基线分离。HPLC法对醋酸泼尼松定量分析,线性范围50～200mg·mL-1,R=0.9993。结论:本法简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度、准确度高,可用于中成药复杂化学环境中添加糖皮质激素的定性、定量分析。

Objective To establish a method for detecting five kinds of hormones illegally added in the complicated antirheumatism drugs of Traditional Chinese Medition already. Methods： Ten kinds of antirheumatism drugs were chosen in random. They were determined by TLC and HPLC. Conclusion：The methed is simple , rapid and reliable for determining hormones in the complicated antirheumatism drugs, which is used as a qualitative and quntitive method.
