Study on the Quality Standard for Wei C Yinqiao Capsules

目的:制定维C银翘胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和维生素C的溶出度测定方法。方法:采用滴定法测定维生素C的溶出度,应用HPLC法测含乙酰氨基酸的溶出度,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20∶80∶0.5),检测波长为244nm,柱温:30℃。结果:该法专属性强,可作为维C银翘胶囊中维生素C及对乙酰氨基酚的溶度测定。

Objective：To set up a method for the determination of Paracetamol and Vitamin C in Wei C Yinqiao Capsules. Methods： This article uses the titration method and HPLC to determine in three batches of new dosage-forms Vitamin C to contain results. Mobile phase： methanol-glacial acetic acid-water , the detection wavelength is at 244 nm , column temperature： use the Chromatographic Fractionation to determinate dissolution of Paracetamol at 30℃ . Results： the method is simple, accurate, and rapid with good reproducibility and it can be used for control the quality of Wei C Yinqiao Capsules.
