摘要
目的:建立比色法测定鱼腥草注射液中聚山梨酯80的含量,以控制其质量及安全性。方法:依据聚山梨酯80中的聚乙氧基和铵钴硫氰酸盐反应形成蓝色复合物,可溶于二氯甲烷,用比色法测定聚山梨酯80含量。结果:聚山梨酯80在1.2129~6.0646mg内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其线性方程为A=0.1647C+0.0011,r=0.9998,回收率为100.79%,RSD为1.38%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单易行,准确稳定,专属性强,可用于鱼腥草注射液的质量控制。
Objective: A UV method was established for the determination of polysorbate 80 in Yuxingcao Injection to control its quality and safety. Methods:To determinate Yuxingcao Injection by Colorimetry based on the blue complex which can dissolve in dichloromethane. The blue complex is the reaction product of poly ethoxy of polysorbate 80 and ammonium thiocyanate Cobalt. Results: The linear range was 1. 212 9 -6. 064 6 mg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 100. 79% and RSD was 1. 38% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, stability and exclusive, and suitable for the determination of polysor- bate 80 in Yuxingcao Injection.
