摘要
目的:改进炎立消片中原儿茶酸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为UltimateTMXB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为:甲醇-异丙醇-四氢呋喃-1.06%醋酸溶液(20∶8∶7∶950);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长258nm;柱温:室温。结果:原儿茶酸在0.024～0.204μg范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均回收率为100.45%(n=9),RSD=1.79%。结论:该法可用于炎立消片中原儿茶酸的含量测定。
Objective：To improve the determination method of Protocatechic Acid in Yanlixiao tablets. Method： An HPLC method was established by using UltimateTMXB-C18 column （4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μ m） as analytical column, the mobile phase was methanolisopropanol- THF- 1.06% acetic acid solution（20： 8： 7： 950）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1, and detection wavelength was at 258 nm. Results： The linear range of Protocatechic Acid was 0. 024 -0. 204μg （ r = 0. 999 8, n = 6 ） and the recovery of the method was 100. 45% （n = 9） with RSD 1.79% . Conclusion： The method is accurate and suitable for the determination of protocatechic Acid in Yanlixiao Tablets.
