慢性冠心病患者慢性炎症反应与核转录因子-κB1基因多态性研究 被引量:2

The Chronic Inflammation and NF-κB Gene Polymorphism in Patients with Chronic Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨慢性冠心病患者炎症反应与核转录因子-κB1-94ins/delATTG 基因多态性特征。方法收集92例慢性冠心病患者(病例组)临床资料、超敏 C 反应蛋白(hsCRP)和白细胞(WBC)计数;应用PCR-RFLP分析 NF-κB1-94ins/delATTG 多态性,并与94例非冠心病者(对照组)比较。结果病例组 TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB、Lp(a)、hsCRP 和 WBC 计数及吸烟比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间 NF-κB1基因-94 ins、del 各基因型和等位基因频率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性冠心病患者炎症反应标志物升高,NF-κB1-94ins/delATTG 基因多态性可能与我国慢性冠心病的易感性无关。 Objective To explore the characteristics of chronic inflammation and NF - κB gene polymorphism in patients with chronic coronary heart disease(CCHD). Methods Ninety - two patients with documented CCHD ( Case Group) and ninaty-four patients without CHD( Coronary Heart Disease) ( Control Group) were recruited. By using polymerse chain reaction -restriction fragment length polymorphism, del/del, ins/ins, del/ins gene type and frequencies, ins and del alleles status of the NF- κB1 gene were determined. Clinical characteristics, plasma high- sensitivity C -reactive protein (hsCRP) and white blood cell(WBC) counts were compared between the two groups. Results The Case Group had higher levels of serum total cholesterol( TC), triglycerides(TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL - C ), apo B, lipopro- tein( a), hsCRP, WBC counts and higher ratio of smoking( P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 respectively). There had similar frequency of del and ins genetypes and alleles of the NF - κB1 gene between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The markers of chronic inflammation are increased in patients with chronic coronary heart disease and NF - κB1 gene polymorphism is not associated with the susceptibility of chronic coronary heart disease in China.
