三仙壮骨胶囊提取工艺研究

Optimization of the extraction procedure for the preparation of Sanxianzhuanggu capsules

目的优选三仙壮骨胶囊水提部位的最佳提取工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定川续断皂苷VI的含量,并以川续断皂苷VI的含量作为指标,采用正交设计试验考察三仙壮骨胶囊的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论该提取方法合理、可行,为生产提供了实验依据。

Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of water-soluble components in Sanxianzhuanggu capsules.Methods Orthogonal design was used in the experiment and the content of asperosaponin VI was determined by HPLC.Results The ideal extraction process was： 2 times of extraction,10 times of water,1 hour of reflux.Conclusion The optimized extraction procedure is rational and feasible for the industry manufacture of the capsules.
