摘要
页岩陶粒具质轻高强可作轻骨料而适用于高层建筑,并且具有吸音、保温隔热特性而用于多功能的现代化建筑。适用生产陶粒的页岩(泥岩)应是在浅海相弱还原环境下沉积的砂泥质碎屑岩,我省二叠系下统文笔山页岩是寻找此类矿产的主要对象。页岩膨胀机理主要受有机碳和铁氧化物的氧化-还原反应的发气效应制约,页岩陶粒按制作工艺分为普通型和圆球型两种。
Ceramsite(expanded shale)is a kind of light-weight and highstrength building material and can be applied in tall building construction. Its properties of sound-adsorption, warm-keeping and heat-insulation make this new building material very usefull in modern functional building. The shale (mud stone),which is suitable for producing ceramsites,may be the mud-sandy detrital rocks, sedimented in reduction environment with shallow-sea facies. The mud stone in the Wenbishan Formation of Lower Permian System, Fujian Province,may be the potential reserves for manufacture of ceramsite. The swellable mechanism of shale may be mainly related to gaseffect, which results from the oxidoreduction response of oxidization of organic carbon and ferric oxidies. Two kinds of ceramsite can be classified by processing, one is called normal ceramsite, another is called spherical ceramsite.
