摘要
通过分析网络消费者购物的一般心理特征,分析了C2C市场中影响卖方信誉的主要因素。接着借鉴场论中的电荷势公式,综合考察信任时的相关因素,构造了信用场模型,给出了买方对卖方信任的计算方法,最后分析了不公正评价的特征,设计了一个改进算法,并探讨了模型改进后的效率。
Based on the analysis of the general psychological characteristics of consumers shopping, the primary factors which interferes with seller's prestige in C2C market are analyzed. A credit field model is constructed and a formula to calculate the buyer's trust to the seller is presented by using the strength formula of electric charge field and the key factors used for evaluating trust. Finally, an optimized algorithm is proposed, and the efficiency of the improved model is discussed.
