血管内皮生长因子C和D与肿瘤淋巴结转移的关系

摘要 淋巴系统是人类恶性肿瘤的主要转移途径,几乎所有的肿瘤在局限期时,淋巴结转移是非常重要的不良预后因素。一些动物模型发现,抑制区域性淋巴结转移可以减少远处转移,因此推测肿瘤远处器官的转移需要经过淋巴结。过去认为,肿瘤细胞淋巴道转移是经过肿瘤周围已经存在的淋巴管,但最近的动物模型研究说明实体瘤本身能够诱导淋巴管形成,从而促进肿瘤播散。同时临床病理学研究也证明,人类肿瘤周围及瘤体内有淋巴管形成出现,而且某些肿瘤如头颈癌和皮肤恶性黑色素瘤淋巴管形成与淋巴结转移相关。
