国内外非常规油气资源勘探开发现状及建议

STATUS ANALYSIS AND ADVICES ON EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF UNCONVENTIONAL HYDROCARBON RESOURCES

随着中国经济的快速发展,国内常规油气的开发生产已不能满足经济发展的需要,必须寻求新的出路。当前,世界各国都很重视非常规油气资源的开发和利用,油砂、油页岩和煤层气等已经在部分国家实现了有效开发。为此,详细分析了世界油砂、油页岩和煤层气等非常规油气资源的勘探开发现状;简述了中国石油天然气股份有限公司在油砂、油页岩和煤层气等非常规能源方面所开展的工作;指出了中国非常规油气勘探开发存在的难题;最后提出了加快中国非常规油气勘探开发业务发展的建议。

With the rapid economic development of China,domestic hydrocarbon resources can no longer meet the needs of rapid economic development. China has to fall back on other resources. At present,the world has attached great importance to the development and utilization of unconventional hydrocarbon resources including oil sands,oil shale and coal-bed methane,which have been developed effectively in some countries. Accordingly,this paper analyzes the exploration and development techniques and status of unconventional hydrocarbon resources in China and briefly introduces the achievements of PetroChina in unconventional hydrocarbon resources,then points out the difficulties in the exploration and development of Chinese unconventional hydrocarbon resources. Finally,this paper proposes some advices on accelerating the exploration and development of Chinese unconventional hydrocarbon resources.
