抗温防窜胶乳水泥浆体系的研制 被引量:13

摘要 陆东五彩湾地区油气井固井过程中气侵、气窜严重,而现有的防窜水泥浆体系防窜作用单一,很难满足固井要求。为解决这种问题,提出用胶乳水泥浆体系来防窜。通过实验,从应用广泛的固井胶乳中优选出性能优良的胶乳,为进一步加强其防窜和降失水性能,使其与高性能降失水剂复合,添加适量外加剂,形成新型防气窜胶乳水泥浆体系;进而研究了不同温度条件下胶乳水泥浆体系对稠化时间、流变性、降失水、抗压强度的影响。结果表明:该胶乳水泥浆体系具有较强的抗温防窜性能,能完全满足该地区的固井要求。 gas channeling and cutting troubles are frequently occurred in the wells of the Ludong-Wucaiwan area. To meet the requirements of cementing in this area,this paper selects out the high-performance latex with fluid loss additive and some admixtures,thus establishes a new latex cement slurry system. The effects of this latex cement slurry system on the performance such as thickening time,rheological property,fluid loss control,compressive resistance were deeply studied in this paper under different temperatures. The results indicate that this latex cement slurry system shows a high-performance of heat-resisting and anti-channeling thus can completely meet the requirement of cementing in this area.
