腰穿放脑脊液和生理盐水冲洗治疗蛛网膜下腔出血

USING LUMBAR PUNCTURE TO REMOVE CEREBRAL-SPINAL FLUID AND NORMAL SALINE TO SCOUR SUBARACHNOID CAVITY IN TREATMENT OF SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE

应用腰穿放脑脊液和生理盐水冲洗蛛网膜下腔治疗蛛网膜下腔出血（ＳＡＨ）４２例，并与传统疗法治疗ＳＡＨ３７例比较，结果表明，前者能迅速缓解头痛、缩短头痛持续时间，降低脑血管痉挛、脑梗塞及脑积水等近期并发症的发生率，并能显著降低ＳＡＨ的死亡率，与对照组比较差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。分析认为，此疗法较传统疗法有显著疗效，虽不能降低再出血的发生率，但能显著降低再出血的死亡率。

Lumbar puncture was used to remove cerebral-spinal fluid and normal saline,to scour subarachnoid cavity for the treatment of 42 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Compared with traditional treatment of 37 cases of SAH.Our therapy has been observed to relieve headache rapidly or shorten the duration of headache,and to cause a marked reduction in the incidence of short-term complications such as cerebrova scularspasm,cerebral embolism,hydrocephalus,etc.An obviously decreased mortality rate has been found in patients with SAH.The use of this method can bring about a decrease in the death rate of repeated hemorrhage,though it can not lower the incidence rate of repeated hemorrhage.
