摘要
随着建筑节能的推广,迫切需要适合各地区的节能住宅技术评价方法。文章根据寒冷地区节能住宅特点,设计相应的技术经济评价指标体系,引入层次分析法、灰色关联度和模糊综合评价法对节能住宅设计方案进行评价。通过实例分析说明如何运用基于层次分析的灰色模糊综合评价法进行节能设计方案的优选。分析模型可供节能住宅设计方案优选时参考。
The technical-economic assessment methods for energy residential building are needed for various areas with the development of building energy. According to the characteristics of energy residential building in cold region, technical-economic assessment index system was designed. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), grey incidence degree and fuzzy comprehensive assessment were used for energy residential building design. The optimal design was selected by fuzzy comprehensive assessment based on hierarchical analysis through a case study. The model is referenced for design scheme optimization.
