以物业管理行业现状为基础,通过分析物业管理企业与开发商的关系、企业经营绩效,以及内部管理核心问题三大方面对物业管理企业的经营管理状况进行研究。指出了当前物业管理行业主要面临的问题,提出了可行的意见和建议,能对物业管理企业后期的经营与建设产生积极的指导意义。

Based on the present situations of property management industry, through the analysis of the relatinnship between the property management cooperation and developer, the enterprise operation performance and the inner core management problems, the management status of the property management cooperation was conducted. The main problems faced by the property management industry and feasible suggestions were proposed.
